Our Shipping Policy Has Changed!

Our goal is to deliver exceptional products and service to you!  This includes getting the parts that you ordered to you quickly and without damage.  Over the last couple of years, we have noticed that USPS has not been reliable in the duration and handling of small packages.  Because of this we have modified our shipping program to offer very affordable 2 business day shipping on parts using FedEx.

Here is a summary of our current policy for those in the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and any territories or protectorates):

  • If you spend $95 or more on parts you can pay:
  • $4 for 2-Day FedEx Shipping on small parts
  • $8 for 2-Day FedEx Shipping on medium parts
  • $20 for 2-Day FedEx Shipping on large parts
  • Free ground shipping via USPS or FedEx is also available
  • If you purchase several parts you only pay one price for the entire package. For instance, if you buy 10 small parts, you would only pay $4 for 2-Day shipping which would cover all of the parts.
  • You only pay shipping for the largest size part that you purchase. As an example, if you purchase 1 large part and 5 small parts, you would pay $20 for 2-Day shipping for the entire order.
  • 1/5 scale vehicles ship for a flat rate per vehicle depending on the type of vehicle in the contiguous 48 United States.
  • Large bodies, roll cages, small-scale vehicles and other oversized boxes use calculated shipping. The shipping price will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the products.
  • Lithium polymer (LiPO) batteries can only be shipped in the U.S. and Canada via ground shipment and cannot be shipped anywhere else.

All items are new, in box, in stock and ready to ship from New York, USA. All items are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. We inspect all products before shipment to ensure quality of the products. All packages can be tracked online. We ship using FedEx and USPS and offer combined shipping.

Purchasing parts over $95 in value includes free ground shipping and discounted rates for 2-day shipping. Contact us for additional shipping discounts for domestic and international orders.

Packages to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are only shipped using USPS and may require an additional surcharge depending upon your location. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam may also require an additional surcharge. There are also certain instances where over-sized packages and expedited shipping like Next Day shipping may require additional charges or be unavailable for certain locations. There are also certain instances where oversized packages and expedited shipping like next day air may require additional charges depending on your location.

Orders with the Dodge Challenger have an additional 1 to 3 business days of handling time as we apply your customizations. In these cases we will contact you to verify all shipping and customization details.

Orders with the Pro Build Service have an additional 1 to 3 business days of handling (bringing the total handling time to 2 to 5 business days).  There are no refunds for any reason for Pro Build Services and also require an electronic custom build contract agreement.

Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following business day. For Next Day Saturday delivery, please contact us via email right away to ensure that you receive your package on time.

Orders with the Pro Build Service have an additional 1 to 3 business days of handling (bringing the total handling time to 2 to 5 business days).

For credit card purchases, we must ship the order to the verified and matched billing address of the credit card in order to have seller protection for the transaction. If paying by PayPal, we must ship to the address listed on the detail transactions page in PayPal in order to have seller protection for the transaction. If you are trying to have an item shipped to a different address other than this, the system may block the transaction or we may contact you to void the transaction.
