All items are new, in box, in stock and ready to ship from New York, USA. All items are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. We inspect all products before shipment to ensure quality of the products. All packages can be tracked online. We ship using FedEx and USPS and offer combined shipping. Contact us for discounts.
PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are only shipped using USPS and may require an additional surcharge depending upon your location. There are also certain instances where oversized packages and expedited shipping like next day air may require additional charges depending on your location.
Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following business day. For Next Day Saturday delivery, please contact us via email right away to ensure that you receive your package on time.
For credit card purchases, we must ship the order to the verified and matched billing address of the credit card in order to have seller protection for the transaction. If paying by pay pal, we must ship to the address listed on the detail transactions page in pay pal in order to have seller protection for the transaction. If you are trying to have an item shipped to a different address other than this, the system may block the transaction or we may contact you to void the transaction.
