Pre-Order Purchases
Pre-Orders require full payment to ensure that your vehicle and serial-numbered truck is reserved. For a limited time, we may offer a discount for pre-orders. Pre-orders made from outside of this window are not eligible for the discount.
Pre-Order Cancellation
Pre-orders can be canceled for any reason and at any time before the shipment of the vehicle. You will be refunded the purchase price, less a $200 cancellation fee.
Financing
We do not offer financing options directly through Primal RC, however, we have partnered with PayPal offering PayPal Credit. This option has 0% interest-free payments over 6 months. For more information visit the link below.
Delivery
We anticipate the delivery of the trucks in January 2023. Please note that we do our best to correctly estimate the shipping dates, but they are subject to change. Historically we have delivered pre-orders on time! We will update you as things progress and give you exclusive details about the truck. We can’t wait to get these amazing trucks to you!
